More progress...

More progress on the RUDB..even though most people can't see how time consuming it is to get it done right!  

I cleaned the "blue room" for Aaron's visit next week..that is usually our guest bedroom but I had the bed piled high with stuff from the closet in the RUDB..so had to find places to put that stuff.  Got the xbox set up in the blue room, figured Aaron would like the treat of being able to stay there and sleep in a queen  size bed..normally when the older boys are here one of them will stay there.  

Friday morning we got up and headed to the Lowe's in Fernley to pick up some more stuff for the RUDB..thinking this will be enough to get the tub in and get ready for tile!

Grandson Adam had been selected to apply for RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards)..it's a camp in Portola during the summer.  He had to file an application and essay.  Essay was accepted, so Thursday he interviewed with a panel of five members of Rotary and on Friday he was told that he was chosen to attend the camp!  It is paid for by Rotary.  So looks like he will be a busy young man during the summer.  Hopefully he'll have a little free time to come visit Grandma and Papa...Very proud of him!
