Catch up....

Got ourselves up and ready to go to the doctor on Monday morning..I was sitting at the table writing the check and put in the date of November 2nd..hmmm I thought our appt was on November 3rd..called the doctors office and sure enough it was on Tuesday, November 3rd..uhhhh.  Guess we get another night in Winnemucca woohoo..just kidding we love Winnemucca.  

So we planned on going out to Steve's place to pick up a few things for him so we can take them to him later this week.  So about 1400 we met his friend .  Mary out there and spent a while talking with her and gathering what he needs.  

Back to the trailer and another good evening, nice and warm inside the trailer.  
Tuesday, we made it to the doctors office right time, right day.  All that was ok.  Triglycerides are still high..but better than when I started.  Ken of course, is all good!  Headed to our favorite Mexican Restaurant, visited with Jasmine and had a wonderful lunch (which ended up being dinner too)..

Jasmine and her mom, Pita left yesterday for San Diego and her brother's graduation from Marine Corp bootcamp!  Doesn't seem that long ago we were at Russell's graduation there..but it's been 19 years this month! Wow! 

So yesterday morning, we got up and got ready and headed home.  For a change we made it home by 1300 so we had our lunch here.  All is good.  It's colddddddddddd...but beautiful..snowed on the mountains while we were gone so it's really pretty looking out the window.  

Tomorrow we'll head for Reno and stay at the GSR in the trailer for the night.  We plan on spending some of the afternoon with Steve and then Saturday morning i'll head for Sacramento area for baby Owen's 1st birthday party.  Ken's coming back home to work on the project out back that we've neglected all week.  Looking forward to seeing grandkids and my sisters! 

I'll come back home on Sunday, as it looks like a storm coming in Monday. 

Hard to believe it's time for Thanksgiving this month!!

Christina posted Seth's progress report on FB..all A's and B's Congrats Seth..he is a freshman this year!

Cheryl called and said that when Adam was choosing classes for next year the counselor asked what he wanted to do after high school.  He said he'd like to get into West Point. The very next day the counselor and principal met with him to get things started!  So we'll see what happens from here.  

Russell went for a second opinion on his wrist..haven't talked to him yet but it doesn't sound good..i'll update after I talk with him...
