Trip to Reno...back window fixed..and a day at home!

Seth, Aaron, Mason and Jacob ready to go in the am....:(

Part of the group at breakfast....not much for pics in the am..

Hope Valley...the river is frozen!

Walker River on the way home .....frozen!

Going into Wilson Canyon....love this area!

Yesterday (Tuesday) we got up early and headed for Dayton so we could get the rear side window replaced on the Ford.  Took longer than we thought it would but at least it's done.  Then we headed to Reno to US Bank...issues with Ken's checking account so he spent quite a bit of time in there getting it straightened out (hopefully).  We headed to Sam's Club after that and spent a little money and got Ken a new card as that was stolen in the vehicle burglary on the 26th.   After that ....Great Basin Brewery and Restaurant for lunch on Tightwad Tuesday!  Had a delicious lunch and then we headed back to Minden to drop off our pills for refills.  They were busy so we headed to Walmart and will pick up the drugs later this week.

Today we both stayed home all day..got some things done and Ken charged up the Jayco trailer in preparation for our trip later this month.  Thinking about a few days in Vegas (I know shocking)...we really want to go by the Pawn shop that is featured on Pawn Stars..why?  because we can!! Then on to Parker AZ to veg in the sun and the Colorado River...not to forget the Roadrunner Bar and Grill...ohhhhh this life we live!

Talked with Grandma the other night...so it looks like I will be going with her in May to see our niece (her granddaughter) Chelsea graduate from West Point Military Academy!  I worked on our reservations today.

Great day at home!  Ken has a dentist appt tomorrow but I will be home and then Friday thinking we're going to Carson City to see about a tool box for the back of the Tundra and anything else we can think to do.

Early next week I am hoping to schedule a bone density test (dr wants it done).  Hoping I have bones like my mom...Kaiser told her she had bones of a 20 year old and she was 80 something at the time.   We'll spend the night at Boomtown as we have our $14.99 room again.

Nothing too exciting going on...but life is sure good to us!  Missing those boys!
