Weekend with the grandkids!

Well it's been awhile and I have to admit I've been having a bit (well quite a bit) of grandkid withdrawal...I needed a grandkid fix! So Friday morning I headed out...leaving Ken at home with a list of "honeydoos" and headed for CA. I got to Bryan and Cheryl's house a little after 0900 and then Adam, Mia and I headed for Roseville to meet up with Linda and Bobby for an early lunch at On the Border Mexican. It was delicious and nice to catch up a bit. Then the kids and I did a little grocery shopping and headed to Russell's house in Antelope to pick up Jacob and Aaron for the night. Found a park in Rocklin so they could play some Basketball for a couple of hours and then to the motel room in Rocklin for some Little Caesars pizza for dinner.

Today we got up about 0700 and got us a little breakfast and headed over to Hardwood Palace to meet up with Seth and Mason and to spend the day watching Jacob play some Basketball on his team. Inbetween games we all went to Woodys for some lunch and then Jacob and Aaron went home with their parents and the rest of us found another park for awhile and then to Wendy's for dinner. WE're back in the room now for the night and then after breakfast tomorrow we'll slowly head back to Cool and Georgetown and then i'll head back home to Ken. Monday am we have an appt in Gardnerville to get tinted windows on the 97 Ford truck..time is sure going by fast!!

Glad I got my grandkid fix and spent a little time with the adults too.

Tomorrow is Eric and Christina's 12th wedding anniversary...Bryan and Cheryl just celebrated 15 on the 4th...March is a busy month!

The weather was awesome...mosquitos were out and that sucked! Literally!
