Well, it was a busy week...got home Sunday afternoon after my weekend with the grandkids. Ken made an appointment for Monday to get the windows tinted on the 97 Ford pickup...so we went to the place in Gardnerville and it was closed...they were working out of their Carson City office. So we headed there, dropped off the truck and headed out for a couple of hours. They did an awesome job on the truck...I'm going to take the Patriot there and get my front windows done, as they have what's called "Nevada Legal" works for me as this sun is soooo strong.
Tuesday, we headed out to Winnemucca for a few days to get the property ready and sign with our realtor...which we did. We painted our little shed just to freshen it up...funny I thought it was fine, until we started painting, and yes, it needed a new coat of paint..
We did have a nice lunch with a couple of our friends in Winnemucca yesterday..Steve (a former Marine) and Deanna (they are not together, she is married to Ron) met us at Las Margaritas and we had a nice afternoon!
Today, we headed home to Yerington, with a trailer full of stuff from the property. We parked it, and are headed back to Winnemucca to pick up our little fifth wheel and bring it home. So we'll stay the night tomorrow and then come back on Sunday. We are trying to get ready to go to TN and TX hopefully by the end of the week!
