We've pretty much been home but one day we ran to Reno, Ken's new gun Smith and Wesson, "The Governor" came in so we picked it up along with a few Stocking stuffers. He's been wanting this gun for quite awhile now, so figured just do it. He ordered it several weeks ago on Cabela's site and it was backordered and just recently shipped. He's a happy camper! One more reason to love Nevada, you can't have this gun in CA.
Winco shopping and then 1 trip salad bar at Pioneer Crossing in Dayton on the way home.
One day this week we made a trip to Fernley and Lowe's, Ken is putting some shelves in the open shed we bought a while ago so he's had that project going. WE went to lunch at the Chinese place (Lou's Bistro) but doubt we'll be going back anytime soon. They seem to either be really good, or not so much. Their hot and sour soup was not impressive this time. Me, just getting ready for Christmas.
Next weekend on the 17th we'll be in Dixon for Wreaths Across America, our annual tradition. Reserved a room at the Super 8 and then again in Rocklin for Saturday night, as Sunday is Ken's mom's birthday. Time is just going too quickly.
Don sent some pictures of feeding the cattle back in TN..It's been cold back there, so the cattle are happy with their feedings..
