Well, Hello November! Wow!
We had a wonderful Halloween with our neighbors and their family! Karen and John are really into Halloween and this year we benefited from their favorite holiday!
Ken's man all lit up like a ghost!
Saturday afternoon we dropped the food off and then came back home to get dressed up. Been years actually since we've put on a costume! When I was working at the Sheriff's Service Center with the volunteers we'd have a Halloween party every year and the costumes and the people were fun. Good times for sure!
We headed next door and between the family and the food it was a great evening.

About 1000 Sunday morning we headed back over for Irish Coffee (haven't had one of those for a hundred years and oh so yummy!) and Mimosas along with the different egg casseroles and quiche!
Mimosa and Irish Coffee..Karen's 89 year old Aunt Isabel..keeping up with the 5 year old ...
We visited for a few hours out in the sunshine and then headed home. John had most of the decorations already down by the time we got over there. Holiday over! haha.
Grandson Adam had texted to see if we were going to be home the next couple of days so I figured I better run to Raley's and pick up a few things. He got here about 2000 so we had enchiladas and cole slaw ready!
We visited with him for a couple of hours and headed off to bed about 2200. I woke up about 0300 and no going back to sleep for me. Tossed and turned until 0500 when I decided to get started on this blog. I'll wake Ken at 0600.
Don't know yet what the day will bring, but it's supposed to end up at 75 degrees so a nice afternoon. Papa Burgers for dinner, Adam said he was hoping so :)
Amelia and her parents, Randy and Amber..The Invisible Man and his Indian Bride..lol..
Looks like the party was a big success and everyone had lots of fun.
